Retail Sales Consultant

A Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling products, merchandise and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.  An ideal candidate values customer service and thrives in a sales environment.  You will be required to work one on one with our customers helping them select formal attire for upcoming events such as weddings, school dances, black tie functions and more.

Hourly rate plus commission.

Areas of Responsibility

Welcome and identify customer needs regarding formal attire

Explain rental and sale products and services to our valued customers

Measure customers for the product they will be renting or purchasing to ensure proper fit

Contact potential customers regarding new promotions and upcoming events

Enter and process customer orders

Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

Education / Experience Requirements

One year of customer service is required

Previous experience in sales or other related fields is preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
