FREE FITNESS CLASSES!
Great Lakes Mall is partnering with resident fitness expert, Mike Hope, from Hope Family Fitness and Play to bring our guests free fitness classes in the parking lot outside the Fuji Japan Steakhouse entrance. Classes are 10:00 - 10:45 am Mondays and Thursdays starting July 13th - September 17th. Sponsored by Cleveland Clinic.

Senior Stretch: Explore the balance between “being” and“becoming” by learning how to fully and lovingly accept your body as it is in the moment. Guiding you with deep respect, instructors will lead you towards strong alignment through intelligent sequencing. An emphasis on stretching, injury and fall prevention and core strength. All fitness levels welcome!
Yoga: Embrace the breeze, birds chirping and sunshine as you flow. This all-levels class is designed to help you wind down from the week and refresh your mind, body & soul for the next one. Grab your mat and let go of your worries with this gratitude-centered practice.
Bodyweight Bootcamp & Core - High intensity workout, designed for all fitness levels, focuses on core, strength and agility to burn those calories! Bootcamp is an excellent way to add interval variety to your fitness routine and challenge your body in new ways. Equipment is not necessary but feel free to bring your bands and light dumbbells.
