The Store Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the retail location. The Store Manager will provide leadership and support for the sales staff. The Store Manager will achieve success through being professional, friendly, outgoing and valuing repeat business. The Store Manager will use customer service, product knowledge, communication, time management and sales ability while assisting guests to ensure a high quality visit every time. Additionally, the Store Manager is responsible for maintaining the properties appearance to company standards, coaching and development of sales staff and completion of all assignments and tasks.

Areas of Responsibility

Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage and coach associates to provide excellent customer service
• Target to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Ensure daily deposits are made
• Maintain and manage employee schedules
• Conduct weekly inventory
• Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualifications and Skills
• Experience in managing 5-8 employees (min 2 year experience)
• Retail Management Experience
• A highly professional approach and appearance
• Strong people management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
• Serv-Safe Certified a plus
