Our property offers accessibility for our guest needing additional assistance. Handicap parking and accessible entrances are located at all mall entrances. Accessible restrooms are located in the Food Court.

If you are in need of a wheelchair during your visit, please contact security at 440-255-9016, and an officer will meet you in the food court. Wheelchairs are complimentary but require a valid drivers license upon pick up.

The AMAZON Lockers are a self-service delivery location where customers can pick up and return Amazon.com packages at a time that is convenient for them. Before placing your order on Amazon, you will select the Amazon locker location "Hemera" located at 7850 Mentor Avenue at Great Lakes Mall.
MALL WALKING
Doors open at 10:00am, Monday - Sunday, for mall walking. The length of one full lap, which includes every side concourse, is one mile.
